DruPal this time is off to another roadtrp during Holi- the festival of colour. This is our venture to Bangriposi and Saranda forest-the land of 700 hills. How to reach? It takes around 5hours to cover 230kms distance by car from Kolkata. There is no direct rail communication though you can also reach Bangriposi via Rupsa jn. and then avail local train via Baripada. Places to visit: Bhrahmankund Ramtirtha Nature Camp, Crocodile Sanctuary Sulaipat Dam Bankabal Dam Duarsini temple Kichakeswari temple. Ideal time to visit: Odisha in spring blooms with all it's pomp and grandeur. March is a pleasant weather to roam here. But monsoon and winter is also ideal season for this place.
