Zillow Listing Showcase Photography Jobs

I recently had a wonderful meeting with Daniel, our Zillow Representative, regarding the new Zillow Listing Showcase product and the Zillow Approved Photographer program. First and foremost, if you’re a photographer, it’s important to know that the Zillow Approved Photographer program ended last year. Any pages that you’re listed on will likely disappear soon and you’ll need to go through a new streamlined process if you want to offer your customers a listing boost on Zillow or if your customers would like to purchase the new Zillow Listing Showcase and use your as their photographer. Essentially, your real estate agents will request that you photograph the listing, and you’ll need to gear up, practice, and go through a pretty simplified self-approval process. During my discussion with Daniel, I identified two ways a real estate photographer can help a real estate agent boost a listing. Boost 1 – Give the real estate agent a Zillow 3D Home Tour + a Zillow Floor Plan. The listing will receive a boost in the Zillow search results. Boost 2 – Encourage the real estate agent to purchase a Listing Showcase (send them the link above) from Zillow. The Listing Showcase includes everything in Boost 1 and also displays the listing in higher resolution, contains more agent/brokerage branding, and displays a button on the Zillow listing to contact the agent directly.
