We spent six days in the wonderful mountain resort town of Sapa. I booked bus tickets from Hanoi Airport on the website: https://vexere.com/en-US The company is reliable and trustworthy. They keep in touch. They even changed my ticket to a different time without any additional fees or delays, because I was changing my plane ticket. I compared prices later and couldn't find a better deal. I highly recommend them.
