The border with Mexico has been wide open for years. As a result, drugs have plagued the southwest. Tucson, Arizona has become the epicenter of the drug battle. It is chaos here - there are open-air drug users on every corner. Homelessness, drug abuse and violent crime plague southern Arizona.
