Retirement Can Get Lonely--Even When You Like Solitude

Retirement revealed something about myself that I never expected. I've always considered myself a loner. I enjoy solitude. I enjoy quiet walks, reflection, and time alone. For most of my life, I never felt like I needed a large circle of friends. But retirement raised a question I'd never really asked before: Did I choose solitude...or did I simply get used to it? In this video, I share a personal reflection about loneliness, introversion, retirement, meaningful connection, and what I've been learning about myself at age 75. This isn't advice. It's a conversation. If you're retired, approaching retirement, or simply someone who enjoys being alone, I'd love to hear your thoughts. #RetirementLife #LifeAfterRetirement #AgingWell #LifeAt75 #NavigatingLifesJourney #Loneliness I THOUGHT I WAS FINE
