Landesmeisterschaft der Männerballette 2023 in Staßfurt | Sachsen-Anhalt

Men's ballets have long been more than just fat bellies in tutus dancing Swan Lake. This was demonstrated by eight magnificent dance formations at the 14th Saxony-Anhalt Men's Ballet State Championships on March 25, 2023, in Staßfurt. Whether as soldiers, sloths, vacationers, or in the film Dirty Dancing, the men cut a fine figure. In the end, the victory went to the Carneval Club Obhausen (CCO, "Männerballett Oberhausen"). The "Schönemänner" (Beautiful Men) of the 1st Great Dessau Carnival Society Yellow-Red won silver, and the Carneval Club Halle Neustadt (C2HN) took bronze. The Wahrburger Carneval Club (WCC) took the audience award to Stendal in the Altmark region. The next Saxony-Anhalt Men's Ballet State Championships of the Saxony-Anhalt Carnival Association will take place on March 16, 2024, once again in Staßfurt.
