For this video's recipe, I used: Origami Air S 15g dose of coffee Pure Water (250ml at 90 degrees Celsius) Divide the total amount into 4 pours. Pre-infuse for 45 seconds, and then begin the remaining pours when the coffee bed is almost completely drained.
