Bloody Eye Sockets (1993)

Dr. Retna, a forensic ophthalmologist becomes a serial killer called “Bloody Eye Socket” or B.E.S. who kills his victims by sucking out their eyeballs and eating them. The Washington DC police are stumped, eye banks are being closely guarded and no one feels safe. Willard Wheatley, a police detective tormented by aliens that had once abducted him, tries to stop his rampage.
