Oppo A3s Full Review: The lite variant of the Oppo Realme 2?

There are no other kinds of changes and you can get the similar performance from both the handsets. Talking about the Oppo A3s specs, the smartphone comes with the tall 6.2-inch display. Bezels are narrower on this handset contributing a respectable screen-to-body ratio of 81.2%. In terms of resolution, the handset features HD+ (720 x 1520 pixels) resolution packing 271 pixels on every inch, which is not so bad for a budget smartphone. The handset also comes with the iPhone X like a notch to house the selfie camera, earpiece, and other necessary sensors. Talking about the processor, the device comes with the Snapdragon 450 chipset alike the Oppo Realme 2. In terms of RAM and storage, the A3s runs with the 2GB of RAM and 16GB onboard storage whereas the Oppo Realme 2 enjoys 3GB or 4GB of RAM with either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage at the disposal. When we performed the Oppo A3s vs Realme 2 comparison, we did not find much difference. Since the Oppo Realme 2 has more RAM and storage, the performance is somewhat fluid and multitasking is slightly smoother. Other than that, there were no major differences. When we performed the Oppo A3s gaming review we did not find any major issues while playing light games. But the handset quite struggled while playing heavy and graphics intensive games. Talking more about the Oppo A3s features, one can barely miss the Oppo A3s dual camera. The Oppo A3s camera setup comprises of the 13MP and 2MP sensors where the 13MP sensor garners the subject details and the secondary 2MP sensor collects the depth information. Combining the information collected from both the sensors, it produces an appealing Bokeh effect. Upfront there is an 8MP front camera for the selfies and the video calling. When we performed the Oppo A3s camera test, we were satisfied with its performance. But since it is a budget handset, one cannot expect a top-tier camera performance. We also checked the features, performed the Oppo Realme camera test, and performed the Oppo A3s vs Realme 2 camera comparison. And we did not find any sort of differences on the images captured during the comparison. Since the camera also shares an identical sensor and lenses setup, one can barely find any differences in the images captured. Another major difference between the Oppo A3s and Oppo Realme 2 is the presence of the fingerprint sensor. The A3s lacks that. Nonetheless, the Oppo a3s comes with a face unlock feature. The Oppo A3s face unlock feature is really fast and once can barely feel any delay while unlocking their smartphone. Talking about the battery, there are no differences. Both the Oppo A3s battery and the Oppo Realme 2 battery are of 4230mAh capacity. Given the low res display and an underpowered chipset, one can easily get 2 days of battery backup on the normal usage.
