Ridgewater County has grown beyond its starter infrastructure, and the service system is starting to strain. In EP004, Ridgewater faces its first real service crisis. Deathcare enters the system, water pressure becomes a problem, sewage needs a dedicated site, trash capacity has to be addressed, and the town can no longer rely on scattered starter utilities. Today, we build Ridgewater’s first county utility site across the highway from the farm, creating a dedicated service footprint for water, sewage, trash, and support power. The goal is simple: stabilize the town before growth pushes the system any harder. This episode marks the shift from early-town expansion into long-term infrastructure planning.
