Kansas "1984" (1981 Demo, 2022 Remaster)

This Demo of the Steve Walsh-penned "1984" is from 1981's "Vinyl Confessions" earliest recording sessions. The original recording was hissy and lacked a lot of the rich bass we've come to expect from Kansas, so I did some remastering of the track. When Steve Walsh left Kansas, he took his songs and this track ended up abandoned. Dedicated to all the Wheatheads out there who can never get enough classic Kansas! Enjoy this rare, unreleased taste of classic Kansas!
