Street art e lotta popolare in Messico - Lapiztola Oaxaca

Lapiztola is a collective of street artists born after the violent student protests of Oaxaca in 2006. The works created with dozens of overlapping stencils speak of social denunciation through a deliberately non-violent language. The murals are donated to the communities and can be found from the most remote villages to the "Museum of Memory" in Mexico City. Other important pieces such as the murals dedicated to Bety Cariño Trujillo make this collective known and appreciated in all Mexico.
