Mother & Son! DANGER NEXT EPISODE?! | Date A Live V Episode 9 Live Reaction デート・ア・ライブⅤ

This episode has to be one of the best transitional episodes I have watched. We get the date between Shido and Reine, and honestly their moment in the bath really hit me because we see that from Reine's perspective while she loves Shin, she seems to legitimately view Shido like her son in a sense. She has a strong affection for him but holds herself back, and its interesting how when Shido asks if she liked someone she explains that she once did (Shinji) but likewise when talking about Shido's past and hearing him state that he had no resentment for his mother and believes she abandoned him but had her reasons I think emotionally this really struck a chord with Reine. Now the big issue we have is will Shido be able to even seal Reine-san given now DEM is on the move as Westcott seemingly knows everything including Mio's soon revival.
