Some people are probably familiar with the problem – others may not yet. However, many will have the issue discussed here without really realizing it. And that's bad because then you're looking for the problem in the wrong place. We've been able to somewhat narrow down ONE problem with poor aim, which is hardware-related, and will try to explain it as clearly as possible. You can then check for yourself whether this occurs with your mouse/mousepad combination and might be causing an issue with inconsistent aim.
