The show, however, must go on! With the Ringmaster absent, Vice President Gary reluctantly grabbed the top hat and whip to serve as substitute ringleader. Unfortunately, he proved to be less of a master of ceremonies and more of a certified circus buffoon, stumbling through parliamentary acrobatics, procedural juggling, and enough self-inflicted chaos to keep all three rings entertained. Yes, the thumbnail is AI. The meeting isn't.
