Circulating Tumor DNA: Enhanced Cancer Detection | Stanford Cancer Institute

CAPP-Seq, developed by SCI members Ash Alizadeh, MD, PhD and Max Diehn, MD, PhD, is a method to sensitively and specifically detect circulating tumor DNA in the blood using next-generation sequencing technologies. Circulating tumor DNA can be informative for telling whether a treatment is working and to help select the next therapy if a treatment is not working. #cancer #cancerresearch #science Learn more about circulating tumor DNA: https://med.stanford.edu/diehnlab/pro...
