Happy Boxing Day! Nice to see AmaLee get back to making more original music. I really like this one in particular, has that alluring vibe that fits her siren outfit well. Wasn't sure whether to go with a style reminiscent of Caligula's Horse for this cover, or something more in lieu of Avatar's "Torn Apart", so I thought, why not both? I wanted to spend extra time fleshing out the song's atmosphere to further give off the hypnotic & tranquil feeling it's going for -- it is a siren song, after all.
