Oliver Anthony Performed This Song Inside an Active Coal Mine

As the son of a West Virginia coal miner, this video is extra special to me. A little over a year ago, we traveled deep into an underground coal mines to film this performance of "Hank" by ‪@oliveranthonymusic‬ . We were there filming a rendition of "Rich Men North Of Richmond" for The Dick Clark New Year's Eve Show in Times Square. They told us we could "do it anywhere", so we decided make the ABC crew ride back into a West Virginia coal mines that was only 38 inches tall. The miners were so thrilled about us deciding to film in their mines, that they even cut a special 7 ft opening in the mines just for Oliver to be able to stand and perform for them on break. I am the first male in my family since my families ancestors came over from Germany in the early 1900's who hasn't had to work the dangerous job of an underground coal miner, and it is specifically due to Oliver Anthony Music and our wonderful radiowv audience who have supported this channel over the years. Oliver showed me the first half of this song "Hank", back in 2023 when we were filming Richmond'. Special thanks to James Phillips for allowing this video to become a reality.
