How To Remove A Rover 75 or MG ZT Front Bumper | Changing Bulbs, Spotlights & Indicators
Welcome back to Waterside Workshop! If you’re struggling to change a headlight bulb, fog light, or indicator on your Rover 75 or MG ZT, you’ve probably realized that space is very tight. The easiest and safest way to do the job properly is to remove the front bumper. In this video, I walk you through the full process of removing the front bumper assembly. Once it's off, I'll show you how much easier it is to access the headlight units, replace blown bulbs, fix spotlights, and check your indicator wiring. In this step-by-step guide: Screw & Bolt Locations: Where all the hidden fixings are (under the bonnet, in the wheel arches, and underneath). Safe Removal: How to pull the bumper forward without scratching your paint or snapping the side clips. Electrical Disconnection: Unplugging the fog lights and indicator looms correctly. Bulb Access: Changing the main beam, dipped beam, and sidelights with the bumper off. Reassembly: Aligning the bumper perfectly so all your panel gaps look factory-fresh. Stop scraping your knuckles trying to change bulbs through the wheel arch liners! Follow this guide and do it the right way.
