EFFECTIVE Lean Legs and Glutes Strength Workout | No Equipment
It’s LEG DAY!!!!! Build lean, strong legs and glutes with this super effective 20 minute at home strength workout! This lower body workout focuses on building strength in your quads, hamstrings, booty, calves and, inner and outer thighs and it is all with no equipment! During this workout I want you to focus on keeping proper form and maintaining quality reps, not quantity. Also, work at your own pace and take extra recovery when needed. Modifications will also be provided when appropriate. We are focusing on getting stronger with this one! This workout is structured with 2 rounds, 10 exercises, plus a bonus burner. For each exercise, you will work for 50 seconds and follow that with 10 seconds of rest. The bonus burner will be 30 seconds and you will get 30 seconds of recovery between the rounds.
