Flaminio Beretta 75 anni,da 44 vive isolato senza luce e gas,si lava un paio di volte l’anno Ardesio

Flaminio, now 75, has lived isolated for 44 years on the outskirts of Ardesio, a town of 3,500 inhabitants in the upper Seriana Valley. He hasn't set foot in town for over 20 years. In the summer, he strolls to the nearest shop to exchange his vegetables for wine, salt, sugar, and other goods. When he goes to the shop, he takes the opportunity to wash (so to speak) in the Serio river that flows down the valley. He has no electricity, no gas, barely water from the well he built. The clothes he wears are mostly made by hand from sheep's wool and hides (he has never washed them). He even has a mini stone mill he built himself to grind grains and feed himself. Enjoy!
