Today we’re visiting Ashana Coast Residences in Liloan, Cebu to take a first look at the Pearl and Coral model homes while they’re still under construction. Even though the interiors are not yet fully finished and furnished, several features already stood out to me. The homes are designed with smart technology in mind, including solar-ready provisions, CCTV-ready infrastructure, smart-home-ready systems, rainwater catchment, and enhanced natural lighting and ventilation. What impressed me most was the generous space planning. The Pearl Model offers a spacious lanai, a 2-car carport, a dedicated home office, a mini gym, and even the potential to expand into a 5-bedroom home. Both models feel larger than what their lot sizes suggest. I’ll definitely be returning once the model units are fully completed and furnished to see how the finished homes compare to what we’re seeing today.
