UNESCO MÜZİK ŞEHRİ: KIRŞEHİR
Kırşehir, which has nurtured prominent representatives of the bozlak tradition, is known for its heart-warming folk songs and master artists. Included in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in 2019, Kırşehir's tradition of abdal is passed down from generation to generation. The great master Neşet Ertaş certainly played a significant role in Kırşehir's designation as a city of music and its rise to prominence through music.
