ADVANCED Tie Dye Pattern: the DRIP

This video shows you how to tie and dye the DRIP pattern. 1. Shirt is soaked overnight in soda ash and spun out in a washing machine. 2. Turn shirt inside out, fold in half vertically. The front of the shirt will be in two sections touching each other and the tag should be exposed. 3. Draw your pattern on both sides of the shirt with a washable marker. Draw vertical guide lines in a different colored washable marker. 4. Dye according to the pattern you drew. Use as many or as few colors as you want. 5. Flip your piece and dye according to the pattern you drew. 6. Let cure for 24 hours at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. 7. Open piece and wash in washing machine. Two cold cycles and one hot cycle. You can put newly opened tie dye in the same wash or use old fabric (I use old towels if I only have one or two new tie dye pieces). 8. Hang dry. Music: Mangolito - Imperss Music (Original Mix) [2022]
