OpenAI introduces GPT-5.4-Cyber, a version of GPT-5.4 specifically tuned for cybersecurity. This model is less likely to refuse security-related tasks and can even detect vulnerabilities in compiled packages without access to the source code. Organizations can gain access through automated verification. ZAI releases GLM-5.1 as its new strongest open-weight model. Its focus is on software development, where the benchmark improvements over its predecessor are most significant. It outperforms all other freely available models in Artificial Analysis.
