Let's see how. ============== For this lapis legit karpet, we use two identical recipes. One is a full recipe, and the top and bottom (crust) are half recipes. So, the recipe below is made twice: one with yellow coloring and chocolate paste, and the other left as is. Lapis Legit Mat Recipe 400 g butter 20 egg yolks 300 g caster sugar 175 g all-purpose flour 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp salt Extra margarine Chocolate paste Yellow color FOR THE TOP AND TOP (SKIN) 200 g butter 20 egg yolks 150 g caster sugar 85 g flour Vanilla 1 tsp spekoek seasoning Pinch of salt 3 x 20 x 20 cm pans Oven 180°C top heat See the video for instructions.
