This is a finger-licking brownie. It's the best you'll ever eat, and you can make it yourself. It's wonderful, super moist, and so easy to make. You'll love it. INGREDIENTS: 4 eggs 1/2 cup sugar = 110g = 6 tablespoons 1/2 cup brown sugar = 110g = 6 tablespoons 300g semisweet, dark, or milk chocolate bar, broken into pieces 140g unsalted butter or margarine = 7 tablespoons 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup wheat flour = 140g = 7 tablespoons 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 pinch salt 1 28x18cm or 22x22cm baking pan, greased and floured with cocoa powder PREPARATION: Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt, set aside, and preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the eggs with the sugars and beat for a few minutes until a well-aerated cream forms and the eggs have doubled in size. Set aside. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave or in a double boiler until smooth, mix well, and let it cool slightly. Add this chocolate ganache to the egg, sugar, and vanilla extract mixture, whisking until smooth. Add the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt, and fold in manually with a spatula until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 180°C with top and bottom heat for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the oven. After 25 minutes, start poking it with a toothpick every 5 minutes. As soon as it comes out just slightly moist (i.e., if the toothpick still makes a bit of a mess), remove from the oven because it's ready. The top layer will be so hard it will break.
