Aircraft Builder - Zenith CH750 Cruzer Dave built his entire aircraft and engine in Texas (Texxas)I was able to interview Dave having just flown off his 40hrs in a VERY short time. The race is on to get it home and then start his adventure across 48 States. He is using a 120HP Corvair conversion which is a 6 cylinder horizontally apposed air-cooled engine similar to most certified aircraft engines used for decades. Dave was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer a little over a year ago and is racing towards his dream of building then flying his own aircraft across the country.
