Owner: Svea Icerider Managers: Pearl Purplebell & Josefine Farhurricane Est. 02/22/2020 Opal Manes is a professional dressage club owned by Svea Icerider alongside our managers Josefine Farhurricane (event manager) and Pearl Purplebell (competition manager). Opal Manes is a competitive club and we strive to compete globally every year. We are a club that offers our members the chance to compete in high level global compeitions with people who have the same goals as you. Our goal is to rise the level of our own riders and finnish dressage by training confident leaders and instructors, and of course riders. Our style in dressage has developed during the years, but now it is in between what we call the "classical dressage", and the new standard way which includes moves from SSD and different clubs. We have combined some of the most artistic sports like synchronized skating and cheerleading to our dressage style, which makes our style unique. Opal Manes has their own dictionary of moves created by Svea Icerider that include unique and original moves. Besides that, disciplines like drill and real life dressage has affected our style. Opal Manes was created in 2020 by Svea, with a competitive dressage club in mind. After a while, Opal Manes started to gain popularity in the finnish servers, and had over 50 members at that time. OM started to compete seriously in 2020, and our first competition was The fantastic fours by SSD. That really gave the spark we needed to start competiting as a club.
