I’m Asi, and today we’re making a completely vegetarian pizza topped with grated potato, zucchini, garlic, onion, green chili, cherry tomatoes, corn, cheese, oregano, and nigella seeds — all baked to perfection in the air fryer on a wholesome whole wheat crust! We start by grating the potato and zucchini, then mincing the garlic. We mix them with egg, whole wheat flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper to form a dough. The dough is divided into two parts and spread onto greased parchment paper. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. After baking, we layer cheese first, then corn, onion rings, chili rings, tomato halves, oregano, and finally a pinch of nigella seeds on top of the potato-zucchini crust. Air fry again at 180°C (350°F) for 7 more minutes. The result?
