It's so delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (Serves 2-3) ・100g Shiratamako (rice flour) ・70g Sugar ・170ml / 25ml Water ・Kinako (roasted soybean flour) to taste ・40g Brown Sugar ■Directions 1. Lightly mash the shiratamako (rice flour) and combine with the sugar. 2. Gradually add 170ml of water, mashing the shiratamako while mixing. 3. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. 4. Line a storage container with plastic wrap. 5. Remove (3) and mix well, then wrap again and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. 6. Sprinkle kinako into the storage container, add the mochi and cover with kinako and let cool. 7. Combine the brown sugar and 25ml of water, microwave for 1 minute at 600W and let cool. 8. Combine the brown sugar and 25ml of water, microwave for 1 minute at 600W and let cool. 8.
