Our Entire Ecoflow Stack Fell Over! Defective cart! (Full Story)

In this video, I’m finally sharing what happened when our EcoFlow cart completely failed and collapsed underneath our Delta Pro Ultra setup. One second everything was running normally… next thing I know, the entire system comes crashing down. The fall caused damage to multiple connections, some cosmetic damage to the units, and even messed up parts of the floor and closet area where everything was set up. Definitely not a small incident. On top of that, we had to deal with a ton of back and forth with EcoFlow customer service to get everything sorted out. It wasn’t exactly smooth, but to their credit, they did eventually step up and replace the damaged equipment.
