The poor mermaid Luna (Emerald style) accidentally gets her dress stained by octopus ink, but she cleverly uses emerald stones she found to redesign it into a stunning gown. When the Queen hosts a Dress Up competition to choose a royal tailor, Luna eagerly joins, only to face mockery from the wealthy Tina (Ruby) and ultra-rich Suzy (Diamond). Jealous of Luna's radiant ocean-themed dress, Tina and Suzy secretly ruin her outfit, almost convincing the Queen to pick them instead. Fortunately, a bug-eyed fish steps forward as a witness to expose the truth. The saboteurs are banished, and the Queen proudly appoints Luna as the official royal tailor.
