SCP-001- KO is an anomaly also known as L.H. Sein's Proposal. An SCP 001 entry from the Korean branch of the SCP Foundation, it looks at the various lies and secrecies present within the fabric of the SCP Foundation, meant to preserve some form of order amidst the chaos, and questions whether SCP001 exists at all, or if there's some darker truth hidden in the Foundation's archives.
