Fat burning dance workout in just 10 minutes — with dumbbells, no jumping, all low impact. I made this for the days you want to sweat and actually have fun, without bouncing around or annoying the neighbors. Grab light dumbbells (I use 2–3 kg). No weights yet? Two water bottles do the job. Press play and follow along with me. Every move stays low impact, so your knees and your downstairs neighbors stay happy. Keep your core tight, breathe, and let the music carry you. New here?
