'Spectacularly OK' - TW Pharaoh Dynasties Babylon Campaign Complete Commentary (Part 1 of 2)

I played a campaign in the 'new' Total War Pharaoh Dynasties, a side-release of Total War Pharaoh with extra content. One such new feature is being able to play in Mesopotamia, which we shall now do as the city of Babylon catapults up towards the stars. Can Devin become King of the Universe? Is this commentary in any way different from his other Total War Pharaoh commentary? Will any of the points made be even slightly reasonable? Let's find out as I rant my way through the all important opening of the campaign.
