USED IN THIS RECIPE: Maddog's BBQ Rub- Available Soon Maddog's Ol' Yeller BBQ Sauce - Available Soon Maddog's Ol' Red BBQ Sauce - Available Soon Bologna Burnt Ends Recipe: Ingredients- Bologna Chubb Your favorite BBQ rub Your favorite BBQ sauce 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 beer of your choice Directions: -Preheat smoker to 250 degrees. -Remove casing from bologna and cut into cubes -Add enough bbq sauce (or mustard) to lightly coat bologna -Generously sprinkle with bbq rub and mix to coat. -Smoke for around 2 hours or until a bark starts to form. -Remove from smoker and add brown sugar and more bbq sauce. -Place back on smoker for around 45mins or until sauce is thick and tacky. -Enjoy!
