Mahjong or Mah Jongg is the 4-player Chinese tile game. This is the Japanese version, also known as Riichi. If you want to practice decision making during a 4-player Riichi game, play solitaire! The Riichi Quick Reference that I use is aligned with the World Riichi Competition rules. It is not comprehensive but includes commonly used Riichi terms and scoring elements that I find helpful as a teacher and intermediate player.
