Sustituir cubierta desgastada por nueva en ruedas tubelizadas

We explain step by step how to replace/change a worn tire with a new one, in the case of tubeless wheels. We begin the process by explaining how to remove the wheel and take advantage of the fact that the valve stem is clogged by dried tubeless fluid to show how to unclog a clogged valve stem. We unseat the old, worn tire and remove it from the rim. We clean and thoroughly inspect the rim tape for dirt, cracks, or pores. If there are any, it should be replaced. We tighten the valve stem securely (but not too tightly). We prepare the new tire, removing the clamps and shaping it. We position the new tire with the correct rotation direction (see the arrows indicating this). We insert it onto the rim and leave it ready for beading. An interesting tip: put a few drops of oil on the threads of the valve stem to make it easier to remove. Another trick is to clean the core thoroughly with a needle or pin to prevent clogging. Leave a few centimeters unsealed (or remove it again if it's fully inserted) to add tubeless fluid through that hole, placing it at the bottom. Pour in about 120 ml of tubeless fluid. Insert the tire all the way around and use a compressor to inflate it until you hear the beading sound. It should be evenly beaded around the entire circumference (which can be seen by a parallel line running around it). Replace the core, adjust the air pressure, and then have the new tire installed with its tubeless fluid. Install the wheel and enjoy the mountain ride.
