Half Marathon Full Training & Race Day (Bath Half)

All of my half marathon training for the March 2024 Bath Half. The aim was to beat 1:59:57, a time I got 10 years ago (6 years off running inbetween now and then). I used the @runna App as a guideline, I didn't quite follow it to the T as I included some dog canicross sessions. I found the training so much harder than I expected, I recorded nearly every run so you can see what's expected in training for a half marathon. Hope you enjoy the video.
