Nikon D300s Portrait Photography

Is the 11 year-old Nikon D300s still good for portraits photography? YES! It has live view too! Which REALLY helps if you want to get certain angles and shots. The 1/8000 shutter speed REALLY helps when you're photographing in bright daylight. In this video, I used the Nikon 35mm 1.8G DX, Tamron 45mm F/1.8, Nikon 50mm 1.8G and the Nikon 85mm 1.8G on the D300s for portraits. Do you have a Nikon D300s but not sure what lens to get?
