Reiki ASMR | Spiritual Energy Cleansing ✨(Negative Energy Removal)

Hello my precious philosophers, in today's reiki ASMR session I'll be doing a bit of a spiritual and energy cleansing to hopefully help improve your well-being, and also help relax you for sleep. There will be some very classic reiki triggers, such as pulling, plucking, snipping, and some gentle hand movements, but I won't be using any props since I wanted this one to be a bit more personal feeling. On that note, I'll be sharing with you a short reading that's been on my mind lately, and thought it would be a good little thing to meditate on while I clean your energy! I'll be mostly softly speaking with a bit of whispering ear to ear.
