26歳、転職して1ヶ月。社不INFJなりに生き抜く平日Vlog

It's been a month since I changed jobs! Woohoo! (I did well! 🥲) Every day is a cycle of days where I feel like I'm settling in and days where I feel like I'm not fitting in at all. Companies and organizations are like places of "relativity violence," aren't they? I'm easily bothered by outside interference, so organizations, where I see so many opinions and lifestyles of people with different standards of happiness than my own, are quite noisy... I feel this is the core reason why I'm not good with organizations. But now, even in such environments, I want to be able to skillfully maintain my "own core values" and while maintaining them, I want to be able to wisely "incorporate what I can and make good use of what I can utilize." I see changing jobs as a challenge and a grand experiment for that purpose. Do any of you have any "personal tips for surviving in an organization"?
