Boosterplug. Fitted to Versys 650 & 1st Impressions.

BOOSTERPLUG. It's a little black box that is supposed to even out the lumpy, jerky, badly mapped fuelling of injected motorbikes. And all for a fraction of the cost and complexity of a Power Commander. But does it really work? Is it really simple to fit? Can it fix that which should need no fixing!? Also I'd like to add that although Boosterplug gave me the plug for free, I am receiving no further commission or reward from sales, so my opinions are honest and very much my own. *NB - If your bike has no O2 or Lambda sensor, then it will not be able to correct the Boosterplug's adjustments. throttle response may be improved, but you will also be using more fuel ALL of the time. It can also be that without an O2 sensor, your bike is also not subject to the same fueling restrictions and as such you may not in fact notice any difference at all. From what I have read, US mk1 and mk2 Versyseseses have no O2 sensor but also already have similar fueling to a Euro Versys with a Boosterplug installed. Just so you know!
