Russian drones hit Romanian apartment and Turkish cargo ship

It's not the first spillover from the war in Ukraine. But for Romania, it was the most serious incident yet to affect his country. Bucharest is blaming Russia for a drone that hit a residential building near the Ukrainian border and warned it could trigger consultations under NATOs Article 4. Moscow denies responsibility, suggesting the drone may have belonged to Ukraine. The incident has renewed concerns about the risk of a wider conflict.
