The project marks the start of a major infrastructure drive aimed at improving road links and easing traffic congestion. Officials say the freeway is one of the capital’s busiest corridors, and the upgrade will help commuters move faster and safer. The reconstruction will include extending the road to improve connectivity across Monrovia. Work begins immediately.
