阪神高速 神戸線【阿波座→月見山】なんてこった！神戸中心部をスイスイ快走【下り／全区間／3号神戸線】

The most congested route on the Hanshin Expressway! Route 3, the Kobe Line, is always incredibly crowded, not just on weekdays, but on weekends and holidays too. When I lived in the Hanshin area, every time I returned home from West Kobe or Himeji, I'd get stuck in a traffic jam of over 10km, and I was utterly fed up with the fatigue from both leisure activities and the traffic. So, for the first time in a long time (or perhaps for the very first time?), I enjoyed a smooth drive down Route 3, the Kobe Line, under a clear blue sky. I investigated why it's so congested, and why it will continue to be so, so please take a look.
