Top ranked high school baseball player Brody Bumila checks into Cassell's Corner podcast

Bishop Feehan senior pitcher Brody Bumila, the No. 1 high school baseball player in New England, recently joined T&G sports reporter Tommy Cassell on “Cassell’s Corner” podcast. The two talked about Bumila’s rise to the top of the local HS rankings, his recovery from elbow surgery and his remarkable winter for high school basketball, which resulted in a Division 1 state championship win with the Shamrocks. A 6-foot-9 left-handed pitcher who can hit 101 miles per hour with his fastball, Bumila also discussed his commitment to the University of Texas, what it would mean to be drafted by his hometown team and his ambitious baseball goals moving forward. Oh, and Bumila beamed when talking about a recent craze going around high school sports: Hacky sack.
