Hummer H3 No Crank That the Dealer Didn't Fix

I had a 2008 Hummer H3 towed in for a No Start and the customer originally requested I either repair or replace the BCM because the Dealership can no longer get them and cannot replace with a Used Unit. It was very apparent to me that something just didn't make sense and that the best course was to rediagnose the concern.
