I'm continuing to revisit some old Maxis published games. I'm pretty satisfied with this run, and it should serve as a good showcase of strategies that you can use to build a well-optimized tower. The overall goals with this build were: 1) Reach the TOWER rating. 2) Fill the entire map. 3) Utilize nearly every facility type. 4) Keep all tenant evaluations high enough to renew every lease even when prices are maxed out. It's difficult to fill an entire map and manage the traffic well enough to keep everyone satisfied, as you're limited to a certain number of total elevators. If you've ever wanted some pointers on how to move your tenants around without major issues, then you'll probably find some useful info here. I also tried to be as thorough as I could be with commentary about other aspects of the game as I played. Also if you want to run the game natively on Windows 10, look up otvdm. It's pretty slick.
